Portland Dining Month at High Noon

In need of a night out but don't want to break the bank? Portland Dining Month is here!

Portland Dining Month is an ultra delicious time of the year where the Portland restaurants dish out 3-course meals for $29 a person. With seemingly endless dining options in Portland, this can be a fantastic way to test taste a nice restaurant at a reasonable price point. Check out this list of participating restaurants to see if there are any that strike your fancy.

After thorough restaurant research, High Noon stuck out as an interesting option for Portland Dining Month. Three courses plus a tequila or craft beer flight? Count me in. High Noon serves Southwest by Northwest dishes in Downtown Portland. I had heard that it was tasty but wasn't sure what to expect.

March has been a whirlwind of a month, so I was ready to take an evening to slow down and enjoy a date night out. High Noon ended up being the place to do just that.

Drinks - tequila or craft beer flight

appetizer- salad or tortilla soup

main dish - enchiladas

dessert - dulce de leche flan

The menu lowdown

The unanimous hits of the night were the tequila flight with chili powder dusted oranges and the loaded enchiladas. (We had a hard time choosing a favorite between the two.) Also, that flan! It was too good, you guys.

All in all, High Noon is a solid casual option while in Downtown Portland. The service was friendly and laid back while the happy hour was especially reasonable for Downtown. Hats off to you, High Noon. I'll be riding off into the sunset with that dulce de leche flan.
